Support and Maintenance
Once an application has gone live, users develop genuine know-how - which should be perpetuated. So it is vital that Eurodecision provide application follow-up and support.
Eurodecision offers traditional maintenance services:
- user support
- bug fixes
- upgrade maintenance
Eurodecision advises customers to take into account some often neglected factors:
- changing requirements (changes to rules)
- technical changes in the application
- changes to teams
After a certain period (say 8-10 years?), a total overhaul of the application is often required.
Eurodecision provides maintenance and support for its software solutions. Some of these applications continue to be maintained after 15 years.
We also perform third party application maintenance for optimisation modules of several applications, that may not have been developed by us.
