Software Development and Quality Assurance
Either via fixed-price projects or via some form of technical assistance, Eurodecision offer:
- feasibility studies, audits for finalising requirements
- project management assistance (e.g. drafting specifications for resource optimisation tools)
- operational prototypes for testing and validating optimisation solutions under constraints, using real-size customer data sets
- applications totally integrated into the client's existing information system with man-machine interfaces matching end user requirements
- resource optimisation models integrated in third-party solutions
For project management, Eurodecision uses the methodology developed as part of the European CHIC-2 project (with partners: Ic-Parc Imperial College, Bouygues, Renault, ICL, NTUA).
In order to optimally address our customers' functional and technical requirements, Eurodecision has undertaken a Quality Assurance programme involving:
- the definition of quality procedures for project management and software engineering
- the definition of quality indicators
- the development of reporting tools for tracking these indicators
- a workgroup responsible for distributing best practices and improvements to procedures, indicators, and reporting tools
- the development of in-house tools designed both to accelerate the production of application code and to ensure the consistency of code written within the company.
